Questions
Your question isn't here? Write to us, or try the test: it answers the most important one.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the pass ends on its own after 15, 30 or 60 days. Nothing renews.
When does my pass start?
As soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
Can I pay from India?
Yes, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in US dollars. Indian cards must be enabled for international online payments, which most banks let you switch on in their app.
Can I get a refund?
Sales are final, so try the free tests first. Your statutory consumer rights still apply where they exist.
Does a pass cover the TEF Canada?
The speaking simulation follows the TCF Canada structure at launch; the writing correction and the pronunciation measure help for both tests. TEF Canada tasks are being added.
Why are there daily limits?
Each speaking simulation and correction has a real cost. The limits are far above what a candidate uses in a day and keep the price low for everyone.
