Payments and refunds
Last updated: 18 October 2026
What you buy
A pass gives full access to FrenchExaminer for 15, 30 or 60 days from the moment your payment is confirmed. It is a single payment: nothing is charged again at the end, and you can buy another pass whenever you want.
Sales are final
Because the service starts immediately and consumes computing resources from the first simulation, passes are not refundable. Please use the free instant test, the free weekly correction and the pricing page to make sure the service suits you before buying.
Your statutory rights
If the law of your country of residence gives you a mandatory right to withdraw or to a refund, that right applies in full. In particular, consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by starting to use your pass you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, in line with EU consumer law.
Service interruptions
If a paid feature is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your pass, we extend your pass by the same duration, automatically.
Disputed grades
A grade you disagree with is not a ground for refund, but every report has a "I think this grade is wrong" button: we review the production, the measurements and the grade, and tell you what we found.
